This virtual instructor-led leadership learning program is based on emotional intelligence and neuroscience, which boost essential leadership skills for 2021 and beyond.
The program will revolve around the six competencies of emotional intelligence as identified by Genos International—self-awareness, awareness of others, authenticity, emotional reasoning, self-management, and positive influence.
Before the live program, participants are required to take the DISC Flow assessment and the Genos Emotional Intelligence Developmental Self-Assessment. The reports of said assessments will be shared with the participants and will be tied into the different components of the leadership program.
