Where emotional intelligence meets mental wellness
In 2019, The Profiles Group of Companies took a pioneering step towards fostering emotional intelligence (EI) in Philippine workplaces with the founding of Emovation Inc. Emovation leverages the DISC Flow® Model and Genos Emotional Intelligence (EI) assessments to equip organizations and individuals with the tools to develop critical EI skills in six key areas: self-awareness, social awareness, authenticity, emotional regulation, self-motivation, and influence.
