The DISC Flow® Certification is an intensive training course where you will become confident and competent in interpreting and practical application of the DISC Flow® model.

Upon completion, you will be equipped with the knowledge and a whole host of support resources to be confident in your ability to apply DISC Flow® practically in any coaching, consulting, or training situation in the workplace.

The certification will also provide you the versatility to craft solutions to meet various organizational needs.

After a successful examination, you will be a DISC Flow® Certified Trainer.

The DISC Flow® Certification also gives you a thorough understanding of the DISC behavioral model—the history of its development, validity, reliability, the administration process for creating and managing online profiles, and how to interpret the results of the various reports.

We teach the DISC Flow® model holistically to give you a deep understanding of how to use it to increase emotional intelligence and behavioral adaptability in the workplace.

It is comprehensive and comes with a PowerPoint presentation, exercises, activities, scripted trainers guide, and delegates workbook.

Ruby Mañalac is currently the COO of Emovation, Inc., the business unit of emotional intelligence and a proud affiliate of The Profiles Group of Companies. Her passion and purpose are to spread emotional intelligence with innovation as she advocates healing a currently hurting world while bringing out the best in people performance.

She has been with The Profiles Group of Companies for about 14 years as one of the pioneers during the company’s inception in 1999. She has served in different capacities and has risen from the ranks to her current role.

Ruby, a dedicated practitioner of Emotional Intelligence, was interviewed on ANC and CNN regarding this subject matter.

Ruby has attended EI certificate courses twice in Sydney, Australia, and was invited as one of the international speakers at the Genos Singapore International Conference year 2018 for best practices of EI. She was also part of the delegation that attended the GENOS Hawaii, USA International Conference in 2019. She has had over a hundred talks and seminars about emotional intelligence, garnering wonderful responses.

She espouses that her greatest learnings on emotional intelligence are through practice and through life with her saying, “It is best to start taking the first step and progressing.”

 

DISC Flow Trainer - Malcolm Pick Malcolm Pick is the National Director of The Profiles Group of Companies (TPG), composed of Profiles Asia Pacific, People Dynamics, and Emovation Inc. As the national director of TPG, Malcolm oversees business development within the Asia-Pacific region and Guam.

He received his master’s degree in operational research and management studies from Imperial College London in the United Kingdom. Before reaching that milestone, he obtained his college degree in mathematical physics from the University of Birmingham in England.

His broad business background includes over thirty years of international business experience covering Europe, Asia, and the USA. He has worked for big names like Coopers and Lybrand, NCR, Levi Strauss, Reed International, and the SGV Group in Asia as a partner in charge of computer consulting and computer training (I/ACT).
