Meet Your Speaker

Khajel Santos is a trainer and practitioner with a strong foundation in emotionally intelligent leadership, operations, and cross-cultural collaboration. She currently serves as Corporate Junior Manager for Operations at Emovation Inc. of The Profiles Group, where she supports human-centered learning initiatives informed by behavioral and emotional insight.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is a GENOS Emotional Intelligence (EI) Certified Practitioner. Her professional background also includes certifications in ITIL Foundation, Data Visualization, Business Analytics, and AWS Cloud Economics, enabling her to integrate emotional intelligence with systems thinking, analytics, and technology.
With professional experience across Malaysia and Singapore, Khajel has supported leadership development initiatives, operational and IT programs, and data-informed decision-making in diverse organizational settings. Her training sessions focus on the practical application of emotional intelligence, understanding behavior and team dynamics through Discflow®, digital well-being, and leading effectively in complex, technology-driven environments.
