She currently serves as Corporate Junior Manager for Operations at Emovation Inc. of The Profiles Group, where she supports human-centered learning initiatives informed by behavioral and emotional insight.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is a GENOS Emotional Intelligence (EI) Certified Practitioner. Her professional background also includes certifications in ITIL Foundation, Data Visualization, Business Analytics, and AWS Cloud Economics, enabling her to integrate emotional intelligence with systems thinking, analytics, and technology.
